The Old Forge
There are lots of original features
in The Old Forge.
It has been very well converted from the original 18th century
working building with the original two forges still in place (one
is a working open fireplace). Almost every room has exposed beams
and there are many areas of brick and flint in the walls.
It is very comfortably furnished with both modern and period
pieces, with comfy sofas tucked into nooks and crannies and plenty
of books, pictures, cushions and homely touches.
A welcome tray will be provided on your arrival.
