The Old Piggery is a converted single storey former cart shed and piggery next to an old Norfolk barn, sited on a quiet village lane and next to the owners' small holding. It is homely and welcoming with a wood burning stove, solid Norfolk pamment floors and with eco-friendly water and heating systems.  Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms with 2 bath/shower rooms and is very dog (and other pet) friendly - no charges and no limit.   More ...

The Old Forge is the original village Forge sympathetically converted to provide beds for 10 guests - all on one level.  Two of the old fireplaces are still in situ and one has a wood burning stove installed.  An excellent venue for larger parties of guests and family gatherings, though we happily accept bookings for any number and there are reduced prices for small groups on some weeks.  Located on the coast road between the village of Stalham and the coast at Walcott.  Dogs and other pets very welcome. No limit.   More ...

The Garden Room is well named, located as it is in the beautiful garden of The Old Rectory at Ridlington. Single storey accommodation, beautifully presented and sleeping 2 in an open plan studio style area with a sofa bed for extra guests/children.  4 acres of garden and woodland surround the property. Red Roofs is our latest addition.  Not in East Ruston but only 15 minutes away in the rural Broads village of Hickling.  The house is an old rambling family home located down a quiet, private road with stunning views over Hickling Broad.  There is plenty of easy, rural walking and lots of room both inside and outside the house.  Sleeps 8 and ideal for families with children, birdwatching, sailing and walking.  A boat is available for use by guests.
