Bedroom 1: This is to the right of the hall with a handsome double bed with good quality bed linen, duvet and pillows, wardrobe and drawer space and lovely big windows with wooden blinds looking straight out onto the private garden and with a door access into the garden. Ideal to wander straight out from your bedroom into garden and enjoy the sunrise.

The bed measures 5ft wide x 5ft 9inches long with good quality bed linen, duvet and pillows and real 'sleep appeal'. There is a vintage clothes cupboard and chair. The flint wall in this room is exposed and sympathetically painted, giving you a real feel of the architecture of the cottage.

Bedroom 1 also has a door opening directly onto this garden which is mostly laid to grass with some robustly planted beds, a patio area with table and chairs plus a shed containing more garden furniture and a barbecue plus beach deck chairs and a wind break should you want to spend your day on any of the nearby beaches.
