About the property
All about the inside:
Open Plan Kitchen / Living / Dining Area
Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, under counter fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of crockery and cookware. There is also a washing machine.
There is a comfortable sofa and chair around a beautiful log burner with large patio doors leading out to the garden and stables. A large wall mounted smart TV is perfect for quiet nights in.
Bedroom 1 with Ensuite
Superking size bed which can be split down to two 3′ singles on request. The ensuite has a large walk in shower, basin and WC. There are chests of drawers for storage, smart TV and patio doors leading outside.

All about the outside:
The front of the barn has a fenced patio area with table and chairs so you can sit and look out over the paddocks. You may see horses being led past or even ridden in the small arena in front of the barn. The sunsets are glorious from here too! It is gated and the fencing is backed with mesh to stop small dogs escaping. The fence is approx 4ft.
Will this property suit my dogs?
If your dogs are calm around other animals and love long rural walks, they will love it! The walks from the door are wonderfully quiet and easy too. Do bear in mind that there are chickens and ducks and a family cat who will be wandering around the yard as well as the horses so if your dog is a chaser, then it might not be the best place for them. The owners will occasionally be walking and driving past too but overall the site is very peaceful.

- Ducks, chickens and a cat are loose on site.
- Bookings are Fri – Fri, Fri – Mon and Mon – Fri.
- If you wish for dogs to join you on the bed, please do bring your own sheets.
- Electric bike or mobility scooter charging is NOT permitted at this property.
