Sleeping up to six guests across three generously sized bedrooms, including a stylish master bedroom with en suite facilities, Harvest Hideaway provides plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The thoughtfully designed interiors are light, spacious, and finished to a high standard, while the private luxury hot tub offers the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring, whatever the season.

Step straight out to enjoy scenic countryside walks right on your doorstep, or take a leisurely ten-minute drive to the stunning nearby coastline. With its prime location, dog-friendly welcome, and indulgent touches throughout, Harvest Hideaway is the perfect base for a truly relaxing Norfolk break.

Step into the spacious and airy hallway. To the right..
Kitchen
The modern fully fitted kitchen is very well equipped for everything you may need to enjoy your home away from home. There is an electric double oven and induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and integrated fridge/freezer. There is also a microwave, kettle and toaster. A heated dryer (available Nov – April) helps dry off your swimwear after a dip in the hot tub!
Living/Dining Room
A lovely chilled space with large L-shaped sofa, armchair and wall mounted 55″ smart TV. There is a dining table with seating for six. Plenty of board games and jigsaws to keep the family entertained. Patio doors lead out to the secure garden.
Downstairs WC
A spacious downstairs bathroom is adjacent to the kitchen with WC and basin.

Bedroom 1 with Ensuite
Bedroom 1 has a large kingsize bed, built is wardrobes and views out over the back garden and fields. There is an ensuite with walk in shower fitted with both rainwater and normal shower-heads, WC and basin.
Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2 is at the front of the property and has a double bed, wardrobe and chair.
Bedroom 3
Bedroom 3 has a single day bed, which can be made up as a large double on request. There is a hanging space for clothes.
Family Bathroom
The upstairs bathroom has a bath with handheld shower head, WC and basin.
Downstairs has underfloor heating throughout.

Parking
There is parking for three cars in the designated spaces at the front of the property.
Garden
The garden has a patio with large 6-person hot tub (additional charge) for guests to enjoy. Handy hooks nearby to hang your towels and a shelf for your drink! There is a table and chairs for dining al fresco and a lawned area to enjoy. The garden is surround by 6ft solid fencing and not overlooked. There is an outside tap with hose. Please note the garden shed is not accessible to guests.
Will this property suit my dogs?
This house and garden should really suit most dogs! The garden is fully secure with solid fencing. Nothing can be seen outside the garden, but you may be able to hear dogs in the neighbouring garden. Easy, quiet walks from the door mean that most dogs will get all the exercise they need!
Please note:
- Harvest Hideaway is strictly no smoking
- Check in is from 4pm, check out by 10am.
- The hot tub is optional at an additional charge (3 or 4 night stay £100, 7 nights £130.) and can be used between 10am – 10pm. (We do not provide towels for the hot tub)
- All supermarkets deliver to the property but please ensure you are here to receive it.
- Electric car, bike and scooter charging is NOT available at this property.
- Dogs are welcome to share beds if you bring your own bed linen.
- Crates: We would prefer that your dogs are not left alone in the property unless you are 100% confident that they will not get stressed. If they are crate trained and you would like to use a crate, please do ask us – we can provide all sizes for free loan. We know how bulky they are to pack!
Accessibility
The parking area is hardstanding, as is the lead up to the entrance of the property.
Bedrooms are upstairs and stairs are wide, carpeted and have a hand rail.

“A beautiful place with the added bonus of use of the hot tub. This was our first trip away with my grandson at 10 weeks old. Great space for all the family to relax and also eat together.
Location was lovely for visiting Cromer, Winterton on sea beach which is highly recommend if you want a quieter place to enjoy and take dog for a walk. We were group of 6 adults, a baby and dog there was plenty of space for us all. We did share the one shower but that was fine.
