Literally, out the front door, turn left, walk 350 small steps (I counted!) and you’re at the start of the beautiful Marram grasses. A short walk across there and you’re on the beach where you can let the dogs run free, feel the sand between your toes and paddle in the sea.
Or why not grab a steaming hot cup of tea and watch the seal pups from the safety of the dunes, before heading back for a soak in the garden hot tub and a movie in front of the fire. Heaven!
This is a lovely little end terrace house with an enclosed private garden, plenty of parking, and boasts a complete renovation before being handed over to East Ruston Cottages. All the fixtures and fittings have been handpicked with you and your doggies in mind, and the owner has gone above and beyond to think of all the finishing touches.
Winterton village has a dog-friendly pub and cafe, a small store, a fish and chip shop, a village post office, and a tea room. So pretty much the perfect dog-friendly Norfolk holiday village!
When you arrive: There is plenty of parking on the brick weave driveway right next to the house and a small shingle front garden area with driftwood features. Hallway: fitted with a bespoke hand made dog/child gate that will stop even the tiniest of chihuahuas from making it to the bed if you want it to yourself! Back downstairs and into the garden: Lovely fully enclosed garden with 6ft lockable side gate and fencing/shrubbery all around, brand new rattan patio furniture on the decking, bbq, outside lighting, and a semi-enclosed Nordic style area housing a secluded 5 person hot tub – an ideal place to sneak off to with a glass of wine and unwind after a hard day on the beach. There’s also a hot and cold mixer shower out there to use too!
The property has air source central heating with individually controlled upstairs and downstairs heating.

- Hot tub usage will be charged at a supplement of £75 (due to it needed to be fully drained, cleaned, and re-filled in between each booking to meet covid regulations). Please tick to say whether you would like to use it at the time of booking – if you don’t tick to say you would like usage, it will be locked and empty upon arrival.

Directions: Enter Winterton village from the end of Black Street, past the church on your left-hand side. Next look out for the small supermarket store on the left (Loomes) and turn left there, in to Back Road. Keep left in to North Market Road and Marram Court is on the left-hand side, in a brick weaved court yard, with No.4 tucked in the far corner. Parking is in front of the garage to the side of the house.
