Thoughtfully designed for comfort, the chalet offers bright, contemporary living spaces, two comfortable bedrooms (one with ensuite) and two modern bathrooms, providing plenty of room for up to four guests. An additional bedroom can be used for a child to sleep up to five.
Outside, you’ll find a fully enclosed garden—ideal for children to play safely and for dogs to explore. Four-legged family members are warmly welcomed, making this an excellent choice for a pet-friendly coastal getaway.
Whether you’re enjoying long walks along the sandy beach, exploring the beautiful North Norfolk coastline or simply relaxing in the peaceful surroundings, this modern, spacious chalet has everything you need for a memorable stay.

- Walk easily from here to not one but 3 dog friendly cafes. Cafe Carmel, Watsons and The Kingfisher Cafe

About the property
All about the inside:
Entrance Hall
A spacious area leading through to the living area, kitchen or bedrooms.
Open plan Lounge / Kitchen / Diner
A bright and airy room with large reclining curved leather sofa. There is an electric fireplace and smart TV. The dining table comfortably seats six and has direct access to both the kitchen and living area. The well equipped kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven (with built-in air fryer), integrated fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, microwave and toasted sandwich machine.
Utility Room
Off the kitchen there is a handy utility room which has a door leading outside. There is a sink, more storage and washing machine.
Ensuite Super King Bedroom
A large bright bedroom with super king size bed, bedside tables, cupboard with hanging space, drawers, dressing table and TV. The ensuite has a walk in shower, basin and WC.
Twin / King Bedroom
The back bedroom has twin 2′ 6″ beds which can be zip and linked together to create a kingsize on request. There is a chest of drawers and wardrobes for plenty of storage
Family Bathroom
The modern bathroom has a bath, WC and basin.
Office / Trundle Room
The third bedroom has a desk and chair for the perfected designated work space. There is a small trundle bed which can be used for a child taking the capacity to 5 (additional charge).
All about the outside:
Parking
There is parking on the driveway for two – three vehicles parked in front of each other. Access up a ramp to the front door or through the solid gate into the enclosed garden.
Garden
The fully enclosed and secure garden has a lovely new decking area with table and seating for dining al fresco. There are also shingle and lawned areas to suit all needs. Steps lead round to the rear raised decking area which has an additional coffee table with seating. There is access inside via double patio doors near the dining area and into the utility room.
Will this property suit my dogs?
If your dogs are beach bums, then it totally will! There are miles of beach to explore from here and it is just 2 minutes to get on the beach. If they are escapers, then they will be very challenged by the high fenced outside area, solid and over 5ft all round, gated too!
If they are reactive, then this may be a bit more of a challenge for them as they will come across dogs when out on the beach and walking along through this coastal village. And they may hear dogs nearby too.
Please note:
- No smoking at Pasadena
- No portable BBQs to be used due to high fire risk (August 2026)
- Check in 4pm, check out 10am
- Flexible short breaks available
- All major supermarkets deliver here
- If you wish for your dogs to join you on the beds, please bring your own linen
- The trundle bed is an additional extra of £75 per booking.
- There are seasonal restrictions on a short stretch of the beach from 1 May to 1 October but the rest of the beach either side is fully dog welcoming all year round.

Doors: There is a ramp up to the front door.
Bathrooms: The ensuite has a walk in shower.
