Discount Codes
| Every single one of our guests gets an email at the end of their staying offering them a 10% discount on their next booking. And a LOT of people use that discount code! Nearly 70% of our guests are repeats!
If you are a new customer, sign up for our newsletter HERE and get a discount of 12% on any and all bookings as a thank you for signing up (of course you don't have to read the emails! But hopefully we send some useful and fun information your way!) |
Pay for your holiday in instalments
The deposit for your holiday is due at the time of booking but the rest of it can be paid in any instalments that suit you! Either by card or bank transfer. When you book, just tick the box and we will make sure we set up your booking for instalment payments. You can pay when you like and any amount you like as long as the full amount is paid 6 weeks before (and even then we can be flexible on that if you ask!)
Grab a last minute bargain.
If you don't mind flying by the seat of your pants we have a page to search for breaks within the next 3 weeks HERE on the website. Also our prices go down, the closer you get so if you can hold your nerve/pack at the last minute, you could get yourself a bargain! It's an ideal way of trying one of our bigger houses at a cheaper than usual price or just getting a last minute, much needed dose of Vitamin Sea and Norfolk time with all the dogs!
Low occupancy discounts
Two of our two bedroom cottages have single occupancy discounts - Ruby Gem and Hidden Gem, both truly dog welcoming character cottages, right by the beach in Winterton.
There is a low occupancy discount for some of our bigger houses too in the winter months- Manor Barn, Fenside and Red Roofs.
And our lovely big beauty - Bristow's Barn - also has a 2 bed option where you pay a cheaper price to use just 2 bedrooms but ALL of the rest of the living space.

Special Discounts / Low Deposits
From time to time we do a SundaySaving discount which is 15% (and very popular!) This pops up on our social media on random Sundays, just for bookings made that day, but if you are a mailing list subscriber, you get to use the offer for Saturday, Sunday and Monday!
And we change our deposit amount from time to time too. This is a useful one to help budget for your next holiday. Normally it's 25% but it comes down to £150 during our special offer periods! Keep an eye on our social media - Facebook, Instagram are the most popular - and sign up to our mailing list to get first dibs!
Ask Us / We can often budge on the price!
I know not everyone likes to do this but if you don't ask, you don't get! We do get people coming to us with their budget which doesn't match the price of the property... but so many of our owners are very aware of the challenging times we are in financially and may be happy to do a deal. We can adjust our commission too. We would rather have a property with a booking at a lower cost than have it empty!
